The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia is pleased to announce that the Indonesian Government has offered the scholarship for master and bachelor degree in the various areas of study at prominent Indonesian universities for the academic year of 2014-2015.

Darmasiswa Indonesia ScholarshipProgram is a scholarship program offered by the Indonesian government to foreign students from countries which have diplomatic relationship with Indonesia to study Bahasa Indonesia, traditional music, traditional dance, and Indonesian craft. The candidate is allowed to decide the higher institutions (universities) which carry out the program. Minister of Foreign Affairs follows up on e-impromptu visit

South Korean fishing vessel, Oryong 501, sank in Bering Sea, Russia on December 1, 2014 at around 12.00 Indonesian Western Time. Amongthe 60 crews (ABK) on board, there were 35 crewswho came from Indonesia and the other ones came from South Korea, the Philippines and Russia.
